This is the worst place to get a vehicle from, first they treat you nicely then they make any excuse to not sell you a car. To then finding out from their sister store that they never sent in my application for the loan until we give a higher down payment. They will fool anyone who doesn’t catch on to their BS. Javier who was our “help” made sure to tell me that they wouldn’t sell the car to Stokes in beaufort knowing they had the car I wanted in the lot. Tom Calcaterra makes the car buying experience extremely pleasant. I have bought three cars from him and I will continue to buy from him as long as Toyota is my choice. Cal is professional, very knowledgeable about the products, and very friendly and personable. Tom patiently took me through all the features and options of my new RAV 4. He then handed me off to Glen Mariott who exhibited the same characteristics as Cal. My wife was just as pleased as I was and that is saying something.
well let's start of with saying I that I live in georgia and passed 3 dealerships to come here and pick up my new car! price was exactly what I wanted to pay. Tom Cal has been the first sales man in my whole 20 years in buying cars to actually know about the car and not just reading of a book. very good service and I recommend if you are looking for a new toyota you will not be disappointed.

Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. Not helpful at all and then after I told them I had gotten a better offer on a loan and vehicle they John proceeded to tell me how I made a bad choice for choosing a 0% financing option compared to their high interest rate and payments.
Saw a used Highlander online and received a quick reply from David Wilder and Bobby Thompson via text. Set up an appointment to see the vehicle the next day. David and Bobby gave us great customer service, answered all of our questions and balanced working with others on a very busy day. We never felt like we were not their top priority.
