love this place.. chose to come here instead of the beaufort one and SO glad i did. i was super annoying about getting in and out fast for my 10k service and they still were super nice and got me in and out ASAP! i also loved how this wasn’t a typical dealership; trying to hound me about a new car when i just bought this one. totally will return each service..

Wonderful experience from the beginning. Toyota Joe was who helped us and really took the time to understand what we wanted and were looking for. He was very kind, patient, funny and understanding. We never felt like we were with someone selling us a car. He's so friendly and makes you feel like your just hanging out. You can tell he's sincere and really cares about his customers. I would recommend him 100%. LOVE our new Tacoma!
So this just happened...A flat tire on a busy road at a busy time. As soon as Jim showed up these 2 employees came over from Stokes Toyota and saw our problem and helped out till we were safely back on the road. They helped without complaint and no expectations. They even loaded the car back up. Another driver pulled over to thank them. Once they saw my husband was there they could have gone back to work but they did not. They both did what they could for us. Thank you Zach and Gerald. Happy Holidays!
