I liked working with Chris Browne...he is very helpful...knowledgeable...he is very clear and honest with me....also. Had the absolute best car buying experience ever. I’ve been buying cars for over 20 years and I’ve never been as happy as I was by the guys here. The people in service are very nice, however, over 5,000 miles ago, they recommended a brake service for my husband's Rav-4, and the brakes have squealed loudly for about the 1st 30 seconds of driving after the car sits for a bit. Mind you, the brakes are NOT being used at this time. It's as the car is accelerating and continues for up to a minute. The car has been returned to them 4 TIMES! I was lied to and deceived by the used car manager and the salesman I dealt with, no class no character, salesman recommended I take a repossession on my current car so I could buy a new car from him, they were not interested in me just the sale of a new car. I have purchased 5 new vehicles from these people over the last 12 years but never again. I am only leaving one star because I couldn’t leave a more negative rating.
Let’s just say they are the nicest people and the friendliest everyone was super cooperative with me and my husband especially our sales man Javier Domínguez went far and beyond to make us happy! Very professional as well. buying a car is such a headache but he made it seemed to easy and secured we have 2 kids and they managed to make them happy too!! by helping out with them while we were shopping.
