I bought a brand new car in 2015. I was told if I got the platinum plan any maintenance issues would be covered under warranty up to 60k miles however every time my car has had an issue it has not been covered under the warranty. I recommend Toyota BUT I recommend any other Toyota dealership other than these crooks. During the time that I signed the contract I was promised that Mr. Stokes is a Christain family man. Shook hands on one set of terms which they didn’t make happen.
Our sales rep, Joe, is amazing! He worked with us patiently to get us in an amazing brand new RAV4. I ended up with more car than I anticipated at the numbers we needed. I cannot recommend Toyota Joe and this dealership enough. I was nervous going in since it had been 15 years since I had to buy a car, but Joe was super nice and no pressure at all. Service department is awful. Sales team was fine, promised made took a while to fulfil and EVERY time you need a 5k mike oil change or service it’s at least 2-3 hours.
