Very clean and safety building.
I have being living in this building for 6 years and NEVER, management has being So Lousy. We have not had cooling in the Lobby, Fitness Room, Laundry Room and Library-Computer Room for months. Response from my numerous and persistent emails to the Regional Manager and Regional Vice President reporting this issue is that hopefully, the AC Company will supposedly will install the 2nd part they were waiting for- this week and HOPEFULLY, we will get cooling in all the above mentioned areas, as we are entitled to have!!!!!!!. I miss the area, the best!!! close to downtown, brickell, coral gables, coconut grove, the people who work there very nice in the office, maintenance, etc Thanks for everything.....
