This company really cares about its residents. The start was rough, but Aspen Heights did everything they could to make it up to the residents and they continue to make sure they are taken care of. Many things set Aspen Heights apart from the rest, but the customer service and 'above and beyond' attitude is a true rarity.
Nothing ever works. The gate has been broke for 2 months, the hot tub and pool has been closed and broke for a month. My cabinet has been broke since move in and I have sent in 2 maintenance requests and nothing has happened. The houses are cheap and the staff are quick to fine but not quick to fix.
