I love Aspen Heights, such friendly staff and beautiful homes! You never have to leave to have a good time, renewing my lease was the best idea! Such a great community

These people are con artists. All they are concerned about is the money. Got my account statement after move out and they're charging me for a dirty bathroom when I know all they found was the mess their shitty construction crew left, which I made sure to make note of on the move in sheet. Of course they probably didn't even bother to look at it, if they even possess it still. If you're looking to live here, don't. Save yourself some grief and go somewhere else.
The staff here in Stillwater is so amazing and they are always willing to do whatever it takes to help out the residents! friendly staff, awesome pool and HUGE house! definitely the best in Stillwater!

I LOVE LIVING HERE
At first it was a rough start cause things weren't working correctly, but maintenance always came right away when I called and fixed things. It is very expensive to live here and I would live here again if I was able to afford it. It's nice cause all houses have alarm systems. I feel that the staff really does care about their residents. I have had issues and they have always helped me in any way possible if something was wrong. Just don't pay your bill late or you get a $50 late fee which is no fun.
