Worst place I've ever lived. They over charge you for rent, they charge you for every little thing in existence, there is no early buy out. The customer service is a hit or miss depending on the day. Do not live here. I know live in a house that is bigger, nicer, and way cheaper. Do yourself a favor and not get ripped off.

Aspen heights has a friendly community environment along with a helpful staff. The amenities are awesome and the houses are spacious.
Great staff!! Really felt at home. They answered all my questions and gave me a lot of information. I love that they have a gym for the residents!!

Regret ever signing a lease at Aspen Heights Stillwater . Management does nothing to help solve any issues with roommates etc. very misleading when they take you on a tour , or should I say lied . Management could care less that the place is disgusting and dirty. Had to scrub and clean the room before moving in.They will throw extra charges in monthly and try to make you pay not to mention was told utilities run around $40 flat out lie . Be prepared to pay way more . I would advise NOT to lease at Aspen Heights Stillwater.
