I'm new here, i've been here for 2 months. And the problems were noise neighborhood, and people come over think that there is a club because of the noise. Every day people come over and say where is the party. WTF!!!!!! So I decided to go rent a cottage. Lol

If anyone plans to live here, please see my in-depth Google review by searching Aspen Heights Stillwater. I would highly recommend anyone to do more searching before signing a lease with these money grubbers.

The houses are beautiful and very homie. I love all the staff members at Aspen, very friendly people. Any issue I've ever had has always been resolved quickly with them. I highly recommend living here!
Aspen's management is very understanding and helpful! They are coming up with many ways to get their homeowners involved such as their Mardi Gras Party on Fat Tuesday that was super fun and creative. Also, the amenities are outstanding. The pool & hot tub are great during the summer. And I go tanning or to the gym at least three times a week! I recommend Aspen Heights for everyone!

I am so so impressed with the new management at Aspen Heights. They are always on the ball, incredibly helpful, and make every experience enjoyable. The team even helped me find someone to sub lease my house while I am out-of-state for the summer. So happy with my time here.
This will be my second year living at Aspen and I have nothing to complain about. People say it's expensive but every penny I've spent has been worth it, and the amenities are superb. ☺️
