The only way they could improve is to learn how to lie without getting caught and learn how to not be so rude.I will never go back and this is after buying 3 pickups from them...the service department is a bunch of guys and gals just punching a clock and getting a paycheck...they don't care about the customer...this includes the service manager.

Big shout out to Stew Hansen employees for ignoring my requests to get a key remade for my Chrysler 200 since August 6th. It would've been nice to get a key and have the ability to move the vehicle (after storm damage threw a utility pole and trees all over my yard) so that vehicles could get through to reset the pole and dangling wires. But 10 days after providing Gus Dixon with the VIN he requested, and sending a follow up to him and the sales team, Ive received no response. ZERO STARS, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
