Ryan was awesome and got my brother into a vehicle he wanted. Awesome people, and very friendly.
We were told they weren't busy and our oil change wouldn't take very long. We waited over an hour and 45 minutes. EVERYTIME my husband went to look and see what was happening, he could see my van just sitting there and no one working on it, except some guy walking around on his phone. Finally some guy who works there came and talked to us and said the guy who was supposed to be doing my oil change was having an argument on the phone with his dad. Went in for oil change and tire rotation. The oil got changed but the tires were never rotated however I was told that they were. I had marked the tires prior to bringing it in and they were in the same position. Service tech claimed he could’ve sworn he rotated them it’s hard to believe a person can’t remember whether or not they rotated 4 tires. I saw at least 4 service techs outside the garage overhead doors tossing a ball to each other or smoking I guess that’s why they didn’t have time to perform the tasks on the servic... read more
