Being a mechanic in the military, I take vehicle maintenance very seriously. after finding out we had a bad transmission, which was replaced, the tech forgot to hook back up a component to my brake system. sadly our service advisor (Dan) more or less told me I was lying. what are the procedures for something like that. got it back home just to be flat bedded back due to faulty parts. picked it up and in my drive way the transmission was stuck in reverse. as far as I'm concerned I was all for this establishment. not any more.... read more

RecommendedHad my Jeep towed in last night for sidewall flat, called this morning they already had the tire ordered, I forgot I needed an oil changed and called back to see if I could get it done and they already had it on the lift for the flat and did the oil change for me with no issues! In today's world exceptional customer service is greatly appreciated, thank you all!!!

I have a truck that was hit by a large storm a month ago. I chose to take the truck to the collision center since they did okay work on it previously. They were two weeks back logged due to every other car in the county basically being hit by the same storm. I understood and kept it moving. They took the truck and said it would be a 16 day repair.
