Above and beyond This dealership went above and beyond for me and renewing my lease. They made it super easy for me to get out of a lease and get into an affordable car with what I wanted. Danielle was amazing! She was super personable and didn't try and just sell me a car she made sure me and my dog were happy. She didn't waste my time showing me cars out of my price range and she even made sure my car was perfect with a new battery before I left the lot! Definitely would recommend this dealership!

Smooth transaction I'm one careful buyer, I don't just go into a dealership and get the first car I see. I shop around and after walking out of a dealership across the street I came here. Continuing a General Motors family tradition General Motors has had a big presence in my hometown in northeastern Ohio. Took twice the time Service area is nice. Waiting area nice. Took more than double what they told me on the phone and when I checked in... and I'm Still waiting. Really disappointed after I was so impressed with the sales guy, Kevin, who was fantastic!

We bought a new Chevy truck! Sadly it was time to turn in our Tahoe for a Silverado so that we could haul more toys to the mountains. Henry promptly greeted me the first day I stopped by on a lunch break and then made an appointment for my family and I to test drive a truck. He was very accomadating and personable, but not pushy.
