Kyle is a very up right employee and has done everything he can to make all things right and has made everything pleasant when dealing with me and has been fare in making everything right. as I have worked with him doing all he can to be honest in all his dealing with me and making things right.
As another mention I bought two brand new vehicles within the last 5 years and unfortunately one has had many issues you would think an extended warranty would cover. Nope…. Read your fine print. Service department was rude and maybe he would understand my frustration if he was in my shoes. I’m done with this company forever. Know your risk. In my opinion, this is the most dishonest and underhanded dealership I have ever dealt with. We spent a week going back and forth in negotiations on a particular vehicle and experienced multiple "bait and switch" tactics. The salesperson asked me via text to meet him halfway on the price just to get me to come in. And when I did, he did not honor that and instead, started our negotiations at the full listed price. Turned in lease and bought another vehicle from same salesperson and dealership. They promised to pay our last payment due on our lease since we were purchasing a vehicle with them and never happened and now after countless promises they sent the check in to GM Financial, the payment was recorded as 30 days past due. Followed up numerous times to no success. Once who purchase something and you are out the door they don't care about helping you.
I brought my truck in for an inspection, and the service writer informed me that certain work had been completed without my knowledge. However, the work he claimed was done could not have been performed because my truck doesn't even have the parts on it. I asked him three separate times to confirm he was referring to my truck, and each time he insisted it was. Well I have to take back my bad rating for Team One regarding my 2023 corvette stingray. It turns out it developed a knock caused by the engine overheating and they are providing me with a new engine at no cost to me.
