Excellent Experience All Around Entire purchase was handled over the phone, Kevin Kramer was a great help! I found the vehicle I wanted on Cars.com, contacted the dealership and Kevin got right back to me. He answered all of my questions and they were able to make the car I wanted fit in my budget, even including the shipping of the vehicle to my home in Florida! Tried to buy car from this dealership, josh is apparently... Tried to buy car from this dealership, josh is apparently to busy to negotiate a deal. Tried making deal online due to living out of town. If you have problems with sales ignoring you, can you just imagine a warranty issue.

Lackluster Service rep was very accommodating but suggested I would need to replace my engine when all that was wrong was a faulty oil pressure sensor. I took the vehicle to another shop who made the repairs and the truck has been running without issue. Further, while waiting on my truck I walked around the showroom for 10 minutes without so much as a glance from a salesperson, I eventually Uber?d to another dealership and am now under contract on a new vehicle.
