We moved here from VA. The house we rented was a brand new house and had 1 renter before us. They were supposed to change the carpet, paint and fix the microwave according to our walk through before we moved in. We packed up our truck and moved and when we arrived, they did NOTHING...not even changing the batteries in the smoke detectors.
