The sales department repeatedly made promises to buy our car over the phone then wouldn't honor them when we came in person. After accepting they were dropping the price by $500 dollars, they dropped it another $300. After swallowing that pill and coming in to do the deal, they dropped the price another $32 and wouldn't budge. The whole process was frustrating and insulting, they are not trustworthy, and have no honor. The sales person we dealt with was Pete Rogers. They were helpful and courteous and got us out quick!
Pete Rogers - Stevens Creek VW - extremely patient as we tush tested cars, picked the right model and color. It was a 4 day adventure, changing my mind, mid way - Pete took it all in stride - No high pressure sales tactics.. just patience and information on the various models. I'm gleefully driving my "happy car".
