Brian in service is awesome. They replaced the battery in my 2012 Touareg within two hours.
Service advisor is nice but quality service not happy. It maybe VW quality lots of issues with sensors in my 2018 Passat GT. Repeatedly sensors on even after service to fix

I saw an advertising at this dealership that seemed a good offer, so I drove there, then they told me that the 'plus taxes and fees' are basically turning the offer upside down, making it the worst ever seen offer, stating a $3000 down and $199 monthly plus taxes and fees lease is in reality $5800 down and $199 monthly. What an advertisement scam... plus taxes and fees, yeah, this is how good they are.
Stop calling your Express Service, Express. 3 hours of wait time is not Express it's called half of a day wait.
