I’m a single mom of 3 and tried calling after work to schedule a service appointment, but no one picked up. I don’t always have time to keep calling, so it was a bit frustrating.
I would give 0 stars if i could. They said that the service would be around one and a half hour. After SEVEN hours - with no call from them- they acted like nothing wrong with their estimated service time and were very rude. Never again.
300 dollar just to take a look at the car, this is VW not bentley
worst dealership, wont recommend if you are looking to buy a new car.
