Bought a lemon from this dealership and they provided absolutely no assistance. Nearly criminal level of neglect once the sale is made. Don’t trust these people.
Thank you West and his team. West got my car in for service and out the same day. Clean lobby and they have coffee too. Was very tempted to trade in my manual for a new Golf R in the showroom.
I’m a single mom of 3 and tried calling after work to schedule a service appointment, but no one picked up. I don’t always have time to keep calling, so it was a bit frustrating.
I would give 0 stars if i could. They said that the service would be around one and a half hour. After SEVEN hours - with no call from them- they acted like nothing wrong with their estimated service time and were very rude. Never again.
300 dollar just to take a look at the car, this is VW not bentley
