I bought a truck bed divider and other accessories for my Tacoma from Steven's Creek Toyota and picked them up at the dealer. I spoke with the sales guys and was assured that I wouldn't have any problems with the items. The bed divider isn't compatible with bed cover that I bought, so I went back to the dealer to return the divider, only 10 days after I bought it, and can anyone guess what happened? Come to maintenance my car without making an appointment, they said they served the appointment customer only. Ok fine. I did call for another day appointment. Waiting 4 hours and they didn’t do anything. Left with angry. They don’t care your appointment.
