The Service Department has been excellent. We've had our car in for maintenance, a warranty issue, and a check engine light (was a loose gas cap, our fault). Each time they fixed/performed the work on time and right. Service writers Adam and Nate were both professional, helpful, and respectful. I used to go to another dealership in San Jose and I'd never go back.
Very good experience buying my husband's baby car (lexus) Majit (sales person) and Sam (financial) were very nice and courteous people, we didn't dress nice and they treated us with respect and nice, a very good and smooth deal. Thanks guys.
