My tire has been nailed and they denied it, I pay the tire insurance that’s include the monthly car payment. I’m paying the bill for the nothing. You have agents their that forcing us to get hidden charges, but when need them now they will not answering, they only after the sales not with the costumer service, I’m very disappointing seriously. I’m trying to call the agent but he ignored my call why my tire insurance have been denied. I want explanations.

Went in to talk to a sales rep yesterday and was given a decent quote. Came in again today because we liked that the salesman was nice and willing to work with us. The same salesman helped us again but told us that the same quote couldn't be offered, okay understandable. He offered if we wanted to talk to the manager from yesterday we could- The manager just talked down to us in a disdainful tone and basically came off as "take it or f*** off", then lectured us how they needed to make money as well.
