Bought a 2018 Forester here last week. Salesman Shane was excellent! Honored my internet price and agreed to my Bluebook backed trade in value. Probably the best car dealership salesman I've ever come across. Come paperwork signing time, my person didn't spend hours trying to up-sell me! If you're in the market for a Subaru, highly recommend Stevens Creek!
Agreed on a price for a car through email, but they still continue to lower the price online, and then they stopped replying to me anymore when I asked if the car would be serviced prior to me getting it. I even forwarded the emails to the sales manager and never got a reply. Pretty ridiculous when you had a deal worked out through email. Waste of my time
Your place is horrible.. How can it be my son and I bought a vehicle at different times and have horrible experience in getting a reliable person to fix the problem.. We both will have to suck up the cost because your repair service can not take care of a problem and managers rather ignore your calls.. I still have correspondence emails from the person that sold me my vehicle.. My problem arose the next day of my purchase.. Very disappointed..
