Shane Amirkiai took care of us. He was patient when we began looking at all of the options for our old leased car. Lease a new one? Buy the old car? Shane took us through it all and even had superior highsight to put a hold on a new car that he knew I would eventually want! Thanks Shane and Bijan!
I really liked that I was able to make an appointment in advance to look at specific vehicles. It really made the process efficient and focused. I also loved the service that I received from Payman and Cemal. They made the whole leasing process easy for a first-timer like me.
The buying experience was very smooth and fast. The sales representative (Payman) was not pushy and very trusting. It was a very good all around experience and I was extremely happy with my experience.
Service department customer service is way below expectations and their lovely video they promote on their website for express service is not what you get. They could not locate my vehicle and nobody seemed to be concerned as they all stood around hanging out. First and last time

Disappointed in service. Took my car in for servicing on a Saturday and additional repairs were needed so I returned today and dropped car off at 10:30am. Was told it would be ready between 4-5pm. Called two times to find out when the shuttle would come to pick me up and no return phone call until 6:45pm. Well, guess what no shuttle service after 4pm. So now I have to wait until 8am tomorrow.
