bought a used car here. i think the deal was ok but most likely won't buy here anymore because of the service. didn't want to value our extended warranty that we got with it after some issues with the car after only a few months (and below 60k miles), only after plenty of discussion and involving the sales person. also for a simple inspection they want $100 even just to determine if the warranty applies. cheaper to already get it fixed somewhere else. considering dgdg.com next time they say they would appreciate to talk abou... read more
After purchasing a car at the beginning of April, my temp registration expired, I still have no plates, and I've reached out to 6 different people with radio silence. Nobody is addressing the issue and I have a vehicle that I can't drive. This is so unprofessional, it's unbelievable.
Waited 20 minutes to speak to someone about buying a car. Then asked to test drive the vehicle and trim I was interested in buying. Was told it was an inconvenience to grab that car. Just drive the lower end car. Decided to leave and not test drive anything

I’ve been trying to speak to the service department for the past few days but your phone receptionist is completely incompetent. I always get put in hold indefinitely. You have my car which is being restored after it had been stolen. You shouldn’t play when it comes to a persons property.
Wife bought a used Forrester. These guys not only gave us a good deal, but have pretty much bent over backwards to remedy a few minor blemishes even after the deal was signed. I despise going to auto dealerships but these guys are super cool and accommodating. When my turn comes..definitely gonna come here. Thanks to Mark, Mike and the guys in finance for all the help!
Took my car for regular 45K service after making an appointment weeks ago. Took me a while find someone to help when I arrive. 10 minutes later one of the guys tried to help by letting me know they were understaffed and the wait time was 4 hours instead of the regular hour/hour and a half. He wished there was something else to do other than rescheduling my appointment. Well... there was what to do before: how about calling your scheduled customers and communicate?
