I purchased a Forester 2019 limited from Aydin Fattahe in the internet department last Saturday. From the reservation to test drive and the buying process became so easy and stress-free with the help of Aydin. He is so patient, friendly, funny and easy going. He saved me a lot of time and I found it really easy to communicate with him through email and phone call. I received the best customer service and seasonal price from him. Highly recommend working with him if you are in the market for a new car!
My salesman, Ben, was very nice and wasn’t pushy at all, he was very informative, answered all my questions, and helped me out a lot throughout my purchase.
The service department is clueless. Took the car there 3 times for a known issue, but they still couldn’t fix it. Ended up bringing it to Capital Subaru, and they fixed it in one visit.
Very poor service! I waited in the service driveway for 20 minutes for a service rep. even though I had a “reservation.” Had to go in twice before they agreed that my car’s battery was faulty.
Called the service department about 1 pm on Friday. Couldn't even get anyone to answer. Also did not have a good experience when shopping for my Subaru. Bought it elsewhere.
the service department is very bad team and didn't treat customer right i have this dealer service my until 25k miles and have engine oil leaking but without a free car rental and didn't keep their promise to fix my car so i brought to the Capital Subaru dealer and have them help me right away i ever never bring my car back to this dealership again..very bad service
