Steven was my realtor for my second investment property in Miami and I couldn't have asked for someone with knowledge of Miami Real Estate but the Short-Term Rental business as well. He went above and beyond not only showing me as many options as possible but also providing me with a spreadsheet full of revenue projections for each property. Once I put an offer in we had a list of issues with the building but Steven worked for 3 months endlessly to get the deal done. I couldn't have done it without him.
