I've been having my Lexus serviced there for all routine service for more than 3 years and they always get it done with efficiency and in a timely way.

Typical car buying experience. They're super helpful while you're shopping, applying, considering a buy...but after the sale, don't expect much customer service. Three unreturned phone messages over four days. Isn't the goal of dealerships to make customers for life?

We went up on a Sunday and Johnny Strader came in on his day off to let us drive 5 different cars because we were not sure what we wanted. Through the whole process he was very knowledgable and answered a lot of questions. He talked about finance options and what offers they had available for different cars. I finally decided on the Hybrid Rav 4mostly for comfort and also because of the deal they had available.
