We had our 2015 Venza serviced on December 28, 2017 for the regular scheduled service. Al, the service writer was very helpful in explaining what would be done within the scheduled service and the expected cost of the service. We had to wait a little more than usual, but due to some unexpected issues with other vehicles in front of ours. Waiting area was comfortable and the popcorn was great! We were treated well and definitely will be going back for service. Thanks!
Xavier was the best. I hadn’t made any decisions on what I wanted and he was patient enough to get me any information ghat I wanted to help me in my decision process.
No problems with the state inspection, but was quoted a price of $118 to change the engine air filter and the cabin air filter. The two filters cost $34 at an auto parts store and it took literally 5 minutes to install with no tools required. (3 tabs to pull on one and 2 tabs to pull on the other.) Why try to gouge customers?
I had mud guards installed. Great price and excellent service. Short term sit while the installation was being done. Everyone very polite and helpful.
