absolutely the worst dealership i have ever dealt with. had a car i leased from them and when i turned the car in when the lease was payed off they didnt bother sending in the documentation to Toyota financial department for 4 months so i got charged for 4 months payments when i never had the car. charged me $438 to replace 3 tires that were excessively worn according to them. 12,000 miles on tires doesnt make them excessively worn. $370 for a repossession fee because they had to move the car from the front of there lot to t... read more

On September 26,2019,my wife and I visited Steven Toyota to look at a vehicle. Masar Al Kaem was much different than the stereotypical car salesman. He was very patient with our questions and was not a high pressure salesman.
