Was the noise level reasonable in this provider's office? Peaceful Did this psychiatrist answer all your questions? Yes Was the provider's staff welcoming to you? Yes Did this psychiatrist ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Do you think that the provider's staff are well trained? Mostly

You have all been amazing and so unbelievably helpful!!!!!!! I cannot thank you enough for your understanding and knowledge. You have changed my life...actually given me my life back! That is not something I can rate because it is priceless...THANK YOU!!!!!

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this psychiatrist's office? Yes, I had to reorganize my schedule Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? No, no one seemed to notice I was there Does this provider give unbiased advice? No. I didn't trust their motives. Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Was this psychiatrist's office clean? It could have used some cleaning

Was this provider's staff friendly? No, they were rude Has this psychiatrist ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Is this psychiatrist easy to reach in an emergency? No. It took me several times to get through. Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy

I was very happy with Dr. Nyquist. He was very thorough and took the time that other psychiatrists have not taken. He is very attentive to my situation and to properly diagnosing me while including me in the process. The staff was wonderful. I cannot say enough good about my first visit.

Please find yourself another doctor. The office is cold and depressing. The staff is hostile and confrontational. The entire focus is getting payment. Every time you arrive for an appointment you have to complete the same paperwork, wait in line to turn it in and then sit down and wait some more for the receptionist to call you up to collect your money. Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did this psychiatrist thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Stay away! The Dr. barely listened and prescribed incorrect medication for me. He diagnosed me in 15 minutes and it turned out to be inaccurate. I felt like killing myself and never felt that way before. Multiple calls to the office were not returned by Staff or the Dr. Very dangerous and unprofessional. Dr. appears to quickly write prescriptions and doesn't take calls with any questions or issues afterwards.
