The attention and care
Dr. Norris was prepared for my visit. We got to the business at hand, and addressed my needs. I know what to do, and what not to do.
Dr. Norris worked on my shoulder a dozen years ago and his follow-up care is great. Might need to do some maintenance on it, but I am confident he is the right Dr. for me. I always mention his name when people ask for recommendations.

Dr Norris and his PA Brad have been great in my care for years ! I just had shoulder surgery and I would highly recommend Dr. Norris ! He is kind ,thorough, and does excellent work!
Thorough, caring, highly skilled physician. Awesome bedside manner, explains procedures, tests and plan of care. Decreases anxiety and explains surgical plan and outcome. He and his PA make an awesome team best care and best practice around!
