Doc was great really tried to help wasn’t just trying to get paid an push me out the door
My checkup at Emerge Ortho was life changing. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Dr Norris was the bomb..gave me my options and made the pain go away....Can't wait until my MRI and follow up with Dr. Norris...will tell everyone about the great service...5 stars!!
Dr. Norris is a very caring and competent physician. He performed a reverse shoulder replacement on me three years ago with excellent results. I am now needing the same surgery on the other shoulder and have no qualms about Dr. Norris operating on me again. He is top notch in my book!
If you want a Dr. who will talk at you, you have found him. He was an hour late to my appt and by the time I he came I only had ten minutes to spend with him due to a work meeting. I scheduled my appt 2 weeks in advance and left myself ample time to be seen and meet my work obligation. While I don't expect any Dr. to see me exactly at my scheduled time, waiting an hour to be seen is a problem. He was flippant when I stated that waiting an hour past my appt time was excessive. Dr Norris is very thorough and makes sure you understand everything. He really cares about his patients. I get A++ care from him every time.
