Excellent attention to details, offers great support for making decisions with the problem.
Dr. Norris cleared up a lot of misunderstandings that I had heard about shoulder replacements and showed me the difference between a reverse shoulder and a full shoulder replacement. He gave me the brochure on it so that I could actually see what he was talking about. He proceeded to give me the two cortisone shots in both of my shoulders. He was such a gentleman.
Dr. Norris is thorough and helpful. He always has a positive attitude. And he listens to concerns and questions, addressing them completely. His support staff exhibits the same traits. My only complaint is the waiting time in the exam room, which is typical and not unusual in today’s healthcare system. I arrived at 10:30 for a 10:45 appointment, was called back around 10:50, then waited until after 11:15 to be seen. That’s my only complaint. Everything else was wonderful.
I think the world of Dr. Norris. He is very kind and friendly. His whole staff has been very kind and friendly until today. His nurse was very matter of fact never smiled and was just blah. Everyone in all your departments and the front desk have been incredibly kind and friendly. Dr. Norris's nurse this time could take a lesson from any other of your staff members
Dr. Norris is honest, caring and was easy to understand when he explains medical information. He has great bedside manner and I would recommend him to anyone!
