I chose Dr. Huffstutler, in spite of reading negative reviews about his office staff online. Since I found no negative reviews about him, I decided to give him a chance. BIG MISTAKE!! I had a dental emergency and needed immediate treatment. Due to my insurance companies mistake, I was not listed on Huffstutler's roster as a patient the day I needed treatment. Dr. Huffstutler postponed my appointment twice. When I finally went in, I waited 45 minutes before being called in. When I asked how long the procedure would take, the assistant went and asked the doctor. She came back with my check and said that he said I was not a good "fit" for him as a patient if I was on time constraints. I said that I was willing to wait since I had already invested time waiting. Again, she came back with the same message and I was pretty much told, in a round about way, to leave.

I went for my first appointment to find no one at the front desk. I did find two adult males in the waiting room. One was bare footed and lying on the sofa. The waiting room had a pecular, unfamiliar, unpleasant odor. I did not keep my appointment and do not intend to.

Terrible attitude shown by the office staff each and every time I or another family member visited. Could care less whether you are there or not it seems. No smile to greet you, no hello. If you have children, please be careful. They do not allow you back with your child if they are over the age of six. They are very adamant about this. The reason given to me by the office manger, Leslie, is because, "the kids get whiny and look for sympathy when the parents are around". This is questionable practice. Saw a different dentist every time I went. One dentist caused quite a bit of pain, which now has caused me anxiety about future procedures. Alternative sedation not offered to me. Teeth cleaning alone never offered , nor was I reminded to get this done.

I have been going to this office for over five years and every year I promise myself I will not go back, but invarible when it comes time for dentist it is so hard to get in as a new patient in many offices. It is by far the worst Dentist office I have ever used, and customer service is abhorable and as the new year approaches I have contacted a new Dentist and will no longer be subjected to the poor services this Dentistry offers.

Dr. Huffstutler is the best dentist I have ever seen! I just finished my 6 month check-up and cleaning and got a good bill of health. He did my whole mouth cosmetic makeover a few years ago, and my new veneers, crowns and implants are gorgeous! He is very gentle and compassionate and will not hurt you. His prices are very reasonable for the level of dentistry you receive. I think my teeth look better than those that were shown on TV for the Incredible Makeover show! I had to have fillings removed and redone. My bite is still not right, the front staff was rude, and the procedures were not fully explained so I was charged an absorbenant amount in comparison to previous years and / or going to another dentist. For the cost, atmosphere etc. I would not recommend this dentist unless you do not care about expenses and or the whole overall experience.
