He sucks!! He started crowns for me in November 2013 and never finished however bcbs did pay in full for the work. This man is ridiculous from his bedside manner to his treatment plans and financial costs.
Crowns done improperly need to be redone. I made an appointment to talk to the dentist, he wouldn't even talk to me. His office staff told me the improperly done crowns are now a cosmetic problem that insurance doesn't cover. Terrible treatment.
This is the most unorganized office ever. They lose appt. times that have to be scheduled 3 months in advance. The front office lady is so rude. We have been going there for 12 yrs. and she was so rude to my daughter. I went in to talk to her and she was rude to me as well. Then Dr. Huffstutler comes out of his office and is even worse. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I would definitely hesitate due to the fact that my experience was sub-par. My biggest disapointment is their staff. They seem nice and talk to you nice, but in the end they don't care about you personally. They have messed up on our appointments. The first instance- I set up a dental cleaning for myself and my husband months in advance. We had several instances when they cancelled our appointment on last minute notice, or they couldn't take us because their staff failed to let us know that we couldn't get a dental cleaning that day until seen by the doctor for an annual checkup. I rate this Dr. Huffstutler 1 star. His staff did not set up the appointments correctly and cancelled an appointment that I had set up months in advance. They said their hygenists decided she could not work on Friday's anymore.
worst dentist and dental office ever, I would not recommend taking your dog their. They are the most money hungry office I have ever been too. The dentists that work for him , well they never stay long enough to see them again in 6months. This Dr. Huffstutler I have never seen, does the man even exist??? They rescheduled my daughters appt for a filling 4 times( in a 4 month window), then called and wanted to reschedule again and wait another 3 months, wow, what a awful place. I had veneers done on all my upper teeth by Dr. Huffstutler and they are beautiful. He is not cheap, but neither is his work. I have had other dentist do work that cost a lot of money, but not half as good as Dr. Huffstutler did. I think most of the negative comments seem to be from people who are mad because they had to pay for work done. I highly recommend this office. I have never had any problem with Dr. Huffstutler or anyone who works at his office.
Buyer Beware: Still charged $802 [with Humana Insurance]for a crown and now have an "Open Margin" May 2012. Need to have crown replaced. Will pay another dentist, not going back to Huffstutler Rufe Snow office. Very defensive when you ask questions or want to see your records. I do NOT recommend, many complaints. I had to change dentist due to my dentist no longer taking my insurance so I got Dr Huffstutlers phone number from insurance. After I made an appointment over the phone with Heather who was very rude, she informed me that my co pay will be $40. I informed her that I don't have a co pay that I am very aware of my insurance benefit, she argued with me telling me that now I do.
