The Dr's were very nice and helpful but if you need anything out of the ordanary from his staff forget it. The girls in the office are pushy, unhelpful and rude. I had over $7000. dollers worth of work done and needed extra help to get the money out of my 401k. I was going to wait to get the work done until after I had gotten the money but the girl in the office was so pushy i caved in and got the care credit card figuring I could get the work done and get the money from my 401k before the first bill. 2 months later I'm stil... read more

very poor customer service. services poor. had to keep going in to have the quality of service up to standard. they refused to do a standard cleaning and said the would only do a deep cleaning because it had been 13 months since i had my teeth cleaned and i was told my gums were in very poor condition. i got a second opinion from another local dentist and was told my gums we above average and no deep cleaning was needed,

Took 7 months to get one crown completed then it broke in 5 months. He refused to replace it. Now I'm walking around with a broken tooth.

I am appalled to have received letter stating “I did not establish a satisfactory relationship with the practice,” when I was initially left a rude message confirming my appointment; misinformed about “no cost” with my insurance; treated rudely at the office upon check out. I had to call my personnel office benefits office; incompetent staff; could not even take credit card correctly over the phone; had to call me back. This was a few years ago and I've been wanting to do this for a while. They appear to be nice your first visit, then forget it. They apparently don't know what they are doing. I came in and they referred me to see another dentist (specialist) before coming back to them. The specialist said it was not what the dentist said it was. So now I've PAID to see the dentist and a specialist and nothing has been done. How would I know about Dr. Huffstutler-he's never there! I only saw him once when I went for a TMJ appointment. My husband and I have gone to his office for dental cleanings and fillings and crowns. You don't know what dentist you'll get until you show up. I've been seen by three different dentists in this office (couldn't even tell you their names). They change without notice. I've had horrible success with getting crowns done here. I've had to go back several times to get them fixed and adjusted. After 3 years of frustrati... read more

Don't use this dentist!! The office staff are rude and highly unsociable. My daughter complained of pain in the tooth that he did a root canal on from the time she had it done. When I called in about it, they said it was just something she would get used to. That she was not in pain it just had a different feeling. When I took her to get braces they found that infection had been left in that tooth. He & his staff treat patients like animals. I had two crowns and a filling done in October 2010 from Dr. Steven Huffstutler's associate dentist (who was decent) but when he left the practice it has been hell ever since! Dr. Huffstutler makes all patients pay in full before you are allowed to sit in his chair. I paid him $2,613.00 and now 5 months later I still have two TEMPORARY crowns which I unknowingly paid him to seed my permanent crowns already! Prices seem normal-they finally have a polite receptionist (2011). I have gone to this office for 10 years-I have never met Dr. Huffstutler. It is a revolving group of dentists-one will work in this office for a year or two, leaves, another one replaces. The assistants to the dentist (of the year) appear to be straight out of dental school. The dentist has to assist them in their tasks or question them on what they are doing-not a good sign.
