You can never get through to their office on the phone no matter what the time. They call to remind you of your appointment at 7 am!! They also consistently keep you waiting for every appointment you have. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone ever!!!!!!!

I started going to this office in December 2004. I had/have fractures on my teeth from grinding, one tooth which had broken, and misalignment. I've had three molars prepped for crowns (simultaneously) and the permanent crowns are now in place. The staff has been more than accommodating to any requests I've made and they never ran me through in "production line" mode. I had a deep cleaning done last month and it went off without a hitch. Unfortunately, I can only guess at the success of treatment as I was never seen. For an appointment at 9 a.m., I was still waiting by 10:15 and had to reschedule. The customer service was poor and it was extremely frustrating, especially as I was told I was the "next patient" at 9:45. Would not recommend this dentist, unless you do not have other things to do and are able to wait for hours to be seen.
