Dr. Keifer did acdf multi level on my neck in August 2016. I found him professional and kind. He relieved my pain and is an excellent surgeon.
Had an appt with Dr.Kiefer a week ago to determine if I needed surgery on my lumbar spine. After reading reviews I was hesitant about keeping my appt bc I live almost 3 hours away. I decided to keep my appt bc 6 yrs of torturous pain I couldn't afford not to go. I was expecting him to be arrogant & to have a better than thou attitude like the reviews said. He wasn't arrogant towards me @ all. He was very thorough about my condition & answered every question I had! Having surgery on May 11th
Saved my life
The dr was very rude and talked down to us. Bedside manor was horrible. We were sent to this Dr. By our family Dr. and he acted like we had no reason to be there. I have never been treated this way by a professional EVER!!!!! This Doctor shouldn't be working with the public. He doesn't know how to talk to people. I would never recommend him to anyone.
Had a spinal fusion In Oct. 2014. I would recommend him to anyone, he explained everything from the beginning of my treatment to the final appointment. A great bedside manner.
Skilled, caring surgeon. Would never use anyone else.
