Everyone in our dental office takes their family to Dr. Jacks. He provides outstanding care. Our office has referred challenging cases to him over the years. He always takes his time to provide the best care. He really cares.
Excellent experience. I work in the healthcare field and its surprising to find good reviews on any medical care facility. He provides wonderful care and takes time to explain your options and why.
We have taken 3 of our daughter and a grandmother to have surgery with Dr. jacks. He is thorough and explains everything. He had to contact our elderly parent's doctors to arrange care and make sure everything went well. He is a very caring doctor. He seems very concerned to do the best care. We wouldn't go anywhere else. I wish he did general dentistry as well.
Our dentist recommended our daughter have her wisdom teeth removed. They said they would do it at the dentist because one of the dentist does surgery. She had her teeth removed. Had a tough time afterwards and we had to go back 3 times for problems. They told our other daughter she had to go to Dr. Jacks because her teeth are more difficult. I was very anxious & blood pressure was high. Dr Jacks & staff just took plenty of time to give me time to settle down. They didn’t rush at all. Dr explained everything as the procedure was happening. He was very gentle & professional. I had a root canal that got infected & had to be extracted! I would recommend him & his staff to anyone I talk to. They were all wonderful!
Thanks Dr. Jacks. I went to see Dr. Jacks to have a tooth removed. He noticed a small bump inside my tongue. He made me see an ENT doctor and even arranged the appointment. I really didn't want to go since I didn't even notice the spot. Thank goodness I did. Got bad news that I had cancer. It was early so after treatment I am doing well. So glad he caught it and made me follow up.
My husband had a appt to have several teeth removed. Dr. Jacks noticed an irregular heart beat and did a EKG on my husband. He noted some irregularities. I am a ED RN and noted it was well. He called my husband MD and we went over to see him. By the end of the day my husband had heart surgery. Thank goodness he noticed it before he tried doing surgery on him. My husband wasn't happy but he glad he's still alive.
My son has had a minor heart murmur since he was two. He is twenty years old and is getting braces, wisdom teeth pulled and a jaw reconstruction that would be completed by the end of the year. The office scheduled him and said they needed a clearance letter from our doctor. We called the doctor, and told them to call us if they didn't receive it. They said today that they hadn't got it and Dr jacks changed his mind and cancelled even if we brought it to them in person. They said its our fault.
He has done work on all four of my kids. Always been an excellent experience. I highly recommend their office.
