Spent time explaining options and risks at the consultation. Explained my insurance coverage. Surgical experience was great. No one want to have oral surgery but he really makes the experience go a smooth and stress free as possible.
Great visit. He spent time with us at the consult and discussed our options both good and bad. We felt comfortable making our care decisions. Very nice folks to deal with.

My dentist recommended another dentist in their office to remove my daughters third molars. I talked to my cousin who is an oral surgeon in Florida. She told me that family dentists who remove teeth part time don't have much training in sedation, can't use the same medicines, and their patients have more swelling, more infections, more pain, more complications and the surgery takes longer cause they just aren't as experienced. Best around. My dentist tried to take out my last tooth and it took 2 hours. I went to another surgeon and he didn't listen to me and was rough. This time I went to Dr. Jacks. Great decision. He is a good guy, listens and goes over everything.
Had to see Dr. Jacks after my dentist tried for 2 hours to take out a tooth. Dr. Jacks had to finish the work. Only took him about 5 minutes. He made it look easy. Thanks to him.
