Great experience. I went to him for a second opinion and it was much better than the other surgeon I saw. The staff is very friendly, they answer all your questions and explain things very well.
My elderly father had to see him for surgery. Dr. Jacks spoke with his doctors and provided information about the best option for my father. It was a wonderful experience and I am thankful I took my father to see Dr. Jacks

Our family had a great experience. My daughter and now my elderly mother have been to see Dr. Jacks. I highly recommend Jacks Oral Surgery. They were very informative, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process of my wisdom teeth removal. This was my first procedure requiring anesthesia; this was most concerning, however they are very accommodating and answered all my questions. My dental office removed my older daughter wisdom teeth but then said I had to go to oral surgeon for my other daughter cause they were too hard. She went to Dr. Jacks. Much better experience and she did better. The fees were even less than my dentist. You assume your going to a specialist it should cost more not less. Thanks Dr. Jacks and office staff for making it a much better experience.

Great experience. He was very thorough and spoke to my mothers family MD and cardiologist before he did any surgery. That couldn't have been easy as dealing with her cardiologist is a nightmare. Thanks for the great care.
