He has worked with several members of our family. He reviews everything well. He has worked on my elderly father and his very difficult medical issues. He has also done surgery on our kids. It has always been a very nice experience. I have only good things to say.
The office staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Dr. Jacks explained everything and answered all our questions. He is very gentle. Made the whole process easy.

Our dentist told us that our eldest daughter needed her wisdom teeth out. They said they could do it in their office and we trusted them. The surgery did not go well. She was crying during the surgery and they did not remove all the planned teeth to be removed. I work in a dental office and the dentist I work for regularly sends our patients to the oral surgeon who is down the street from our office but when his family has needed oral surgery or his close friends, he sends them to Dr. Jacks. Our staff and their family will not go to the local oral surgeon but will drive the longer distance to see Dr. Jacks. I guess that says something about Dr. Jacks. My dentist placed a dental implant. the surgery was uncomfortable and took a while. The implant didn't heal well and had to be removed. My dentist then told me I had "bad bone" and should see an oral surgeon. I saw Dr. Jacks. Everything went so easy. It was a completely different experience. Couldn't believe how easy it was. It pays to go to someone who good at what they do.
When I asked my sister who works at a large dental group practice what oral surgeon they take their family to she said they go to Dr. Jacks. So I took my family to him. Everything was great. He is booked out for appointments but I guess thats a good sign that everyone else wants to go there. Glad we went to him.
Third oral surgeon that I have seen. He was the best. Explained everything, showed me my xrays. My dentist had place two dental implant in bad position and put one in my sinus. Dr. Jacks had to remove these and fix everything. He did a great job. thanks
