He was good. I have arthritis on my left wrist. He recommended to wear a wrist brace to prevent further injury.
This was for minor hand injury. Was seen by the nurse (pretty much played the Dr role). Then was told Dr would arrive. He came and said we will give you a nice removable cast and started waking me out to a counter for next steps and left. Entire interaction maybe under 10 secs. Didn't talk about the condition, no explanation of what they found and no chance for me to even say anything. Not sure if this is normal.
I went in to see Dr. Alter and met this tall nurse dressed in black was taken aback…was not sure but left a happy man both service providers were excellent!
He does a great job
He is just a great doctor and very knowledgeable in what he does he has done 2 total shoulder replacement on me and I am doing great am able to move my shoulders without any pain
Dr. Alter is terrific. He fixed my right wrist four years ago and now he is going to fix my left wrist for me…..carpal tunnel syndrome. He is pleasant and very kind but most importantly he is an excellent surgeon. I feel blessed that he will be helping me!
He explained my options to me for a wrist fracture and didn’t push me one way or the other. Very direct which I appreciated.
Went to the office to see Dr. Alter. I was seen by his NP. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My only concern was that I only saw the Dr. for about 20 seconds. I would have liked him to spend more time explaining my condition with me. Dr. Alter was pleasant during our short interaction.
Visit was rushed. He's in and out before I can ask any questions. Speaks with a condescending tone.
