Getting 2014 Tahoe (aka “The Beast”) serviced today. Price and convenience is important when it comes to service at any dealership. For me, exceptional customer experience and service is always the difference maker. I used to take my Tahoe to another dealership close to my house. I drive past two Chevrolet Dealerships to get my Tahoe serviced at Steve Rayman Chevrolet. They have a great team of service professionals. My service advisor, Sonja Brown always takes care of my truck.
My first experience in their service department. Their Greeter was very friendly and funny. Sonja was Awesome. The lounge and ladies room was very clean. It was a pleasant place to relax and wait. I’ll be back.
