RecommendedI was well pleased with my recent experience at Steve Rayman Chevrolet. My salesman, DJ, did an awesome job!
They sold an automobile which was found to have rust (something they should’ve been aware of and disclosed) to an unsuspecting, trusting consumer. When the rust was discovered and brought to their attention( in a timely manner, within a few days) they refused to let him return it .This is a military veteran, a sheriffs deputy, a husband and father. This is not how a customer, any customer, especially one who serves and protects should be treated by a named dealership.
Fantastic place to do business. Quick, easy, and efficient. Highly recommend shopping and buying here.
The salesman said, “So when is your husband coming?” before I’d even started the engine. This is a sexist, condescending remark that immediately turned me off from wanting to make a deal. I don’t need you to mansplain car buying, thanks, especially considering you knew literally nothing about the car I was driving, sir. Thanks but no thanks.
Awesome experience from start to finish, all 10’s for me. Miami took care of me although it was at the end of the day. He did not rush me and gave me an awesome selling experience. Ashley followed up and ensured everything was set up from OnStar, Bluetooth and the WiFi hot spot. Awesome customer service experience!
If you want a new vehicle. Go up there and talk to Hope, Chad, and Cory. They are the best help I've ever had getting a vehicle. Highly recommend Steve Rayman Chevrolet.
