Garbage business practices! Doesn't reccomend. Makes appointments with you and then acts like your time is not valuable...please stay away from Brian he will be the first to run out.

Approximately two weeks or so my wife purchased a 2020 Chevy Colorado from Steve Raymond Chevrolet the experience was awesome! We were greeted by Matt a young salesman with a great personality, extremely knowledgeable, and efficient. We met Arthur a manager as well who ensured the deal was completed expeditiously. The letter you receive in the mail "You and your vehicle are important to us," is no further from the truth. They do not follow through with their promises. If you do not get everything done before you sign on the dotted line and drive off, it will not get done. They suffer from selective amnesia. Get everything in writing because it appears they operate on the premise, if it is not written it didn't happen.
I had no problems with Ben on getting the 2018 Chevrolet Cruiz that I looked at online & requested. After about 2 to 3 hours I left with keys in hand & a full tank of gas. 100% satisfy with purchase. Did not give 5 stars because no one is perfect.
Excellent I love Steve Rayman Chevrolet. The service department also takes care of my needs and my car. The front office is great as well. They really listen to what you are looking for and work hard to make it happen. I hope to bring my daughter to Steve Rayman when its time to buy her a first time car. I'll be a Steve Rayman member for life!
They have worked on our truck 3 times, every time same issue the transmission! Call today because again having the same issue and this is what I’m told and I quote “ I have ten transmission jobs and 1 guy” so in response I say so what are you saying? I should go somewhere else, he says “well ya can”. I mean really, this vehicle is under warranty and you have had your hands on it 3 times! What happened to customer service?
