We helped our son but a car from this dealership and it has been hell trying to get his temporary tag. He has made 2 trips to Atlanta (200 miles round trip). After numerous call to several managers he finally got a temporary tag. But his service engine light came on while he was driving to dealership. Sales Managers Edwin and Vance did not return our calls and were completely unprofessional. Sold me a junk car! Have called and spoke with several people nd finally get a manager on the phone I explain wats goin on and we go back and forth hes unable to give me any answers to my questions! So id rather them just give me back my down payment nd they can have the junk car! I haven't even had the car a week! The manger told me if i bring the car back hed take it resell nd just put a report on my credit! Rude! Unprofessional! Cons! Stay away!!!

LIARS!!! Twice they promised a price to us and twice they did not honor their commitment.
Misleading and unprofessional. We went in on multiple occasions while being very clear about what we were looking for - they tried a few different ways to be sneaky. There are some genuinely good people working there, but on the whole it was not a good experience. I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
Every time I've dealt with them service is EXTREMELY SLOW when I bought my Car from them and came back for servicing nice ppl but don't care for your time at all
I was able to drop my car off w/o an appointment and thankfully they weren't swamped. I'm always pleased with the people who work there but this morning Reggie (my regular guy) hadn't made it in yet and there was a young woman working who claimed to have the FLU with active fever!!!! I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Go home if you are sick!!! Spreading the flu carlessly should be automatic removal from the property. I've been pumping vitamin C all day since I saw her.
