The dealership refuses to repair my car which has a service bulletin out for the issue that I experienced. The rear bolts came out of one of my axles, a common problem with this car, and i've been told that they will not cover it and they can't give me any real reason as to why besides them claiming "wear and tear" on my tires that are literally 2 months old. Terrible that they won't stand by their warranties.👎
From the car buying process to servicing issues, I have dealt with the most unbothered, sarcastic and condescending employees. Sonja Brown, at the Cobb Pkwy location in Smyrna Ga, is by far the worst. I have written to the GM, and to her, about her behavior and look forward to hearing from him.
I made a 7am appointment for your dealership to cut a spare key and program it for my car. I am waiting patiently now at 8:30 and my vehicle hasn't been touched yet. This is unacceptable customer service. Sonia had to be one of the most unfriendly service agent I have ever encountered in my life.

This dealership is a classic BAIT AND SWITCH showing a car on line and saying it 'just sold 3 hours ago'. What a bunch of liars especially Miami Lee and his manager Chad Anderson who coveres for him. Do NOT deal with them.
5 stars! My daughter just bought her first brand new car today and Eric made the entire process not only easy, but pleasurable. I have bought several new cars in my lifetime and this was the best experience by far! If you need a reliable and dependable vehicle & want a five star dealership than this is the place to go. Be sure to ask for Eric! He truly IS "on your side"!
I saw a truck on line that I liked I called and got a price on the truck. Then took some pictures of my trade and gave them a description of it. They emailed me the trade value which is what I wanted on the nose. I had a great price on the truck and what I wanted for my truck I couldn’t even dicker or try to beat them down.
