DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU. I was promised by phone that 2013 Outback, Manual Tran VIN# 4S4BRBCC5D1223971 was available, would be "pulled out and waiting for me." I was 10 min early for my appointment (after driving 75 miles from the Tri Cities). Appon arrival, I was told "sorry, that car just sold" ... "Does it have to be a Manual tranny?" Classic Bait and Switch !!! I wasted 3 hours and $30 on fuel.

EVERYTIME I bring my car in for repair it has never been fixed the first time. It always takes 2 times! Very frustrated!!!
